Rastin Mehr - Director of Technology
Rastin Mehr is a Web Application Architect, and one of the two co-founders of TAZZU Networking LTD. (in partnership with Jeannette Duguay)
He is also the founder of rmd Studio Inc. a Custom CMS & Social Media Solutions and Consulting company in West Vancouver BC. He brings the technical mindset and expertise to the development and maintenance of TAZZU’s online community.
Rastin finished his B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Northern BC. Other studies that he has done include Marketing, Visual Arts, and 3.5 years of Dentistry. He has been involved with Internet Technologies since 1999. Some of his past projects include 3 enterprise level web based Learning Management Systems, and a Corporate eCatalog all developed using Open Source Technologies.
Rastin’s hobbies include Photography, Fashion Illustration. He is also a former Development Workgroup Member in Joomla! CMS Open Source Project.
He also really enjoys the Vancouver’s night life and Swing Dance events. The combination of Vancouver’s beautiful nature and urban lifestyle contributes much to his inspirations.
